An image-forming material comprising a support carrying an image-forming coating, the support being in the form of a layer of voided polyester film comprising particles of polyolefin dispersed throughout a biaxially orientated heat set polyester film layer and which has a layer of non-polyolefin voided polyester applied to a surface of the voided polyester layer. The image-forming layer is applied to the layer of non-polyolefin voided polyester which includes 5-25% by weight of white pigment (titanium dioxide) and has a thickness of between 1-50 microns.
