The present invention relates to a method of enhancing immunity and promoting growth of shrimp using a recombinant bovine growth hormone. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to achieve immunity enhancement and growth promotion of shrimp in shrimp farming. In order to accomplish the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a method for immunity enhancement and growth promotion of shrimp, comprising orally administering a recombinant bovine growth hormone to the shrimp, and a shrimp feed containing a recombinant bovine growth hormone, whereby the recombinant bovine growth hormone can be easily orally administered to the shrimp.
