摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a motor power line into flexible pipes and always lay the flexible pipes without slack when the power line is installed on an attachment turnably mounted on the main spindle ram of a machining center. SOLUTION: An attachment 5 is installed at the lower end of a main spindle ram 4 in such a manner that the attachment 5 can be turned around the horizontal axis and the vertical axis and be detached. The power line of a motor built in the attachment 5 is passed through flexible pipes 13, 25, and is connected with a terminal box on the attachment side and a terminal box 29 on the ram side. Connectors 15, 26 are installed on the flexible pipes 13, 25, and connected with each other by means of a joining mechanism 27 when the attachment is installed. The flexible pipe 13 is wound around the axis of the rotation of the attachment 5, and a surplus portion resulting from the rotation is pulled up toward the main spindle ram 4 side through a drum 30 by means of a rodless cylinder 32.</p>
