The device (1) has a carriage (3) axially movable along a mast assembly (2) through an actuation mechanism (5) that actuates rising and lowering of the carriage. A load carrier (4) is suspended on the carriage for being inclined with its load, in top position, when a panel to be unloaded, meets an obstacle, so that the carrier is mounted in rotation around an axis orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of the assembly. The obstacle is a rampant type inclined surface.
