PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output shaft from idly rotating to a driven shaft even if welding is separated, and to make a fine adjustment of a relative position of the output shaft and the driven shaft before ultrasonic welding. SOLUTION: A cross-sectional shape is formed in a D cut shape in a fitting part of an output shaft 10. A locking part is arranged in a part of an inner peripheral surface of a fitting hole 24 in a driven shaft 21, and an angle θ1 formed by two locking surfaces 26a and 26b of its locking part is set not more than 180 degrees. A horn pressure contact part 31 to perform ultrasonic welding is also arranged on an upper surface 29 of the driven shaft 21. A through hole 30 penetrating through the fitting hole 24 is arranged further in the upper surface 29 of the driven shaft 21. |
