PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the backup for loss or damage by preserving the counting contents of a counter in a detachable storing medium thereby to refering to the medium later even in the case of losing or damaging a paper sheet printed with the counter. The program 8 is provided with a program realizing a function housing the counter 9 of the memory 7 in a floppy disk 11 and a program realizing a function reading information of the counter 9 housed in the disk 11.
