PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress radiation of near IR rays, to prevent malfunction of peripheral devices and to obtain a sharp image by incorporating a specified amine compd. and a specified nickel complex compd. into a transparent resin film or sheet. SOLUTION: A transparent resin film or sheet contains an amine compd. expressed by formula I and a nickel complex compd. expressed by formula II. In the formulae, Y is a halogen atom, ClO4 , SbF6 , BF4 or NO3 , n is an integer of 1 or 2, R<1> to R<4> are independently hydrogen atoms or methoxy groups. The optical filter is formed on a glass plate or a plastics plate. As for the transparent resin, an acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyester resin, triacetate resin or the like can be used. The concn. of the compd. expressed by formula I to be used is preferably 0.05 to 0.5 g/m<2> . The concn. of the compd. expressed by formula II to be used is preferably 0.07 to 1.07 g/m<2> . |
