PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-type image forming device, which has no dispersion of rightness and no mixed colors caused by a position gap, and also has high productivity, by improving assembling precision of the plate-type image forming device, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This image forming device is composed of primary substrate 1, secondary substrate 2, and a support frame 3 which is held between the primary substrate 1 and the secondary substrate 2 to support them. Plural positioning fixed members, 4, 5 and 6, are arranged between the primary substrate 1 and the secondary substrate 2, and a positioned surface by the positioning fixed members is adjusted vertically to the planes of the substrate 1, 2. And, a vacuum container is formed by the primary substrate 1, the secondary substrate 2 and the support frame 3. |
