PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm whether or not automatic account settlement by an automatic charge collection system is correctly done. SOLUTION: A toll calculating means 12 calculates a toll to be paid by reading tolls out of respective sections of turnpikes stored in a toll storage means 11 according to entrance toll gate names and exit toll gate names of the turnpikes stored in a travel path storage means 10, a comparing means 13 compares the calculated toll to be paid with a payment requested toll from a roadside system 3, and the comparison result is outputted as a voice from a speaker 15 and displayed at a display part 6. |
