<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which the treatment of a plate is simple and such merit is provided that a tact time is long, and to provide an apparatus in which a bush with flange having arbitrary diameter can be manufactured. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a bearing with the flange, the plate 10 is pressed to form at least two of expanding and holding portions 9 and the plate 10 is in the state of connecting with the adjacent plates through the expanding and holding portion during deforming. After completing the formation, the bearing with the flange is cut off at the expanding and holding portions 9. The apparatus for deforming the plate is provided with a forging die, a forming barrel and sliders slidable for forming the flange formation at both sides.</p> |
