PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delicately control an operation with small waste by controlling the operation while calculating an operating capability of an equipment at each time. SOLUTION: A capability calculator 21 calculates an operating capability when cooled or heated based on temperature detected values of a wet-bulb temperature sensor 41 and a dry-bulb temperature sensor 42 provided near a suction port of an indoor side unit, temperature detected values of a wet-bulb temperature sensor 43 and a dry-bulb temperature sensor 44 provided near an air outlet of the indoor side unit, and an air flow rate decided by a rotation of an indoor side fan 31. An operation controller 22 controls an operation of a refrigerant compressor based on the capability calculated by the calculator 21. |
