PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily hold an earphone head with an inexpensive and non-bulky constitution. SOLUTION: An earphone is constituted in such a way that a plug for connecting with player main body is provided at one end of a cable 3 having an operating section 2 for remote control with a clip 1 in its midway and earphone heads 5 are provided at the tip of branch cables 3a branched from the other end of the cable 3. At the base-side end sections 5a of the heads 5, in addition, a pair of annular stoppers 11 and 12 are provided at prescribed intervals and the base-side end sections 5a between the stoppers 11 and 12 are pinched by means of the clip 1.
