PURPOSE: The titled rubber composition by using liquid natural rubber prepared by thermal decomposition of natural rubber having the same molecular weight as synthetic rubber and a large molecular weight by development of a side chain in place of expensive synthetic rubber is provided which improves processability during manufacturing of tires. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising 70 to 95% by weight of natural rubber, 5 to 30 parts by weight of liquid natural rubber, 40 to 80% by weight of carbon black, 1 to 5 parts by weight of stearic acid, 3 to 10 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 10 to 20 parts by weight of Durez as a reinforcing resin, 1 to 5 parts by weight of an antiaging agent, 1 to 5 parts by weight of a tackifier, 1 to 10 parts by weight of oil, 1 to 5 parts by weight of an adhesive, 1 to 2 parts by weight of a vulcanization accelerator, 1 to 5 parts by weight of sulfur and 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a vulcanization retarder. The composition has improved crack resistance and fatigue resistance and exhibits no special different physical properties from the rubber using synthetic isoprene rubber. |
