PURPOSE: A long guaranteed opposite upward waste complete combustor and a combustion method are provided to completely burn bad smell and dust without dioxin. CONSTITUTION: A long guaranteed opposite upward complete waste combustor(1) combines a waste first combustor(2) and a waste complete drying chamber(4). The waste complete drying chamber is combined with a rotary long bed shaped dry material moving frame(5) coupling a heat supplying chamber(7) on the top of a dust complete combustor(3). The waste complete combustor dries waste with self heat in 1100 to 1300deg.T of temperature and dioxin is completely burned by high heat with a long guaranteed opposite upward type reaction.
