PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always accurately open/close the operating lever for a discharging cock by a cock driving device. SOLUTION: On the operating lever 18 for the discharging cock 12, an interlocking member 52 which integrally moves in the longitudinal direction with the lever 18 is arranged. Then, on the interlocking member 52, a magnet 56 is arranged. On an attaching plate 58 which is arranged on a slider 28, a pair of hole elements 60a and 60b which can detect the magnet 56 are arranged in a manner to be apart in the longitudinal direction. Under a state wherein the discharging cock 12 faces a neutral location, the magnet 56 is set in a manner to face an intermediate location between both hole elements 60a and 60b of the slider 28 which faces a standing-by location. On a control board, the slider 28 is correct-moved until the magnet 56 reaches the intermediate location between the hole elements 60a and 60b when the magnet 56 does not face the intermediate location between the pair of hole elements 60a and 60b.
