PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an indicator panel movable into a position easily seen by a driver so as not to be hard to see behind a steering wheel. SOLUTION: The indicator panel 3 is movably mounted to a front hood 2 positioned behind the steering wheel from the driver's seat side view so that the direction (inclination) of the indictor panel is also changeable. A link mechanism 12 for moving an indicator panel mounting base 15 parallel is therefore used, and the indicator panel 3 is mounted to the indicator panel mounting base 15 of the link mechanism 12 by a rotating pin 21.
