PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a cabin rear part without impairing outward appearance. SOLUTION: A getting-in/out opening 1 is formed at the side part of a vehicle body, and the opening 1 is opened/closed with front and rear side doors 2, 3. A vehicle has a lateral pair of front pillars 7, rear pillars 8 and a rear header 9 for connecting the upper ends of the rear pillars 8 to each other but has neither a roof nor a center pillar. A lateral pair of side sills 12 serving as strength members positioned below the opening 1 are connected to each other by a roll-over frame 20 disposed near the rear part of a cabin. The roll-over frame 20 has a first frame part 21 extending along the rear header 9; a second frame part 22 extending along the rear pillar 8; and a third frame part 23 along the rear end shape of the opening 1. These frame parts 21-23 are continuous and formed in closed cross section. It is preferable that the right and left parts of the roll-over frame 20 are connected to each other by an upper fourth frame part 24 disposed along a cross member 17 for a tray, and a lower frame part 25 disposed along a cross member 19 for a floor.
