PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld resin moldings having different melting points from each other inexpensively by one hot plate without enlarging a welding machine. SOLUTION: The molding 9 of a higher melting point is heated by being contacted with a hot plate 7, and the molding 8 of a lower melting point is arranged apart from the hot plate 7 and heated by the radiation heat of the hot plate 7. By adjusting the distance between the molding 8 and the hot plate 7, the heating of the molding 8 can be controlled optionally.
