摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for maintaining the throughput of a data element by using a sampling system for increasing the outputted bits as compared with the inputted bits. SOLUTION: The method and the device, for maintaining the data throughput of the data element, include the sampling of the continuous instance of data with first width in first rise and fall edges, where clocks continue, for receiving the clocks and the plural first instances of data with first width and generating the two plural instances of sampled data with the first width. The plural instances of sample data are sampled by the second rise edge of the clock and are made parallel, for generating the second plural instances of parallel data with a second width larger than that of the first width. In parallel data, for example, statistical information can be generated, since completeness of a link is monitored. Then, 10 Gbps data transmission speed can be maintained, by using the medium independent interface clock designating IEEE802.3ae.
