PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio equipment, which has stable antenna characteristics and further enable miniaturizing, thinning, satisfactory operability and price-down. SOLUTION: Panels 1, 2 and 9 more than two at least are linked to be rotated, a display part 11 is provided on one panel, and keyboards 13 and 21 are provided on the other panels 2 and 19. At the same time, an electronic circuit board is provided in the inside, an antenna supporting shaft 22 is provided to be freely rotated on the side end face of each of the other panels, and an antenna 14 is provided on the top end of the antenna-supporting shaft, so as to be freely rotated orthogonally with the antenna supporting shaft, and the one panel is extended than the other panels by the amount of the antenna.
