PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back mounting structure hindering its mounting part from being viewed externally, allowing the seat back to be mounted and removed while the structure remains simple, and assuring enhancement of the workability and the appearance quality. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the seat back 7 is equipped with a wire frame 9, a back pad 10 covering the front surface of the wire frame 9, and a skin 11 covering the back pad 10 and wire frame 9 wholly in their condition put together, wherein the seat back 7 is fixed to a cab back panel 2 to partition a load table 3 from a cab 4, and a mounting bracket 14 for the cab back panel 2 is installed on the wire frame 9 and arranged in a region inside the periphery of the wire frame 9, while the back pad 10 is provided with a through hole 18 for exposing the mounting bracket 14 at the front face, and the skin 11 is provided with an opening 19 to open and close for exposing the through hole 18 in the back pad 10.
