PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof plate and roof structure improving the strength of the roof plate and the occupying rate of a roof support face regarding the roof plate formed of a surface material comprising an insertion part with a rising part, the roof support face and a fitting part and lined with a lining material formed of foam resin between the surface material and a back face material. SOLUTION: This roof plate has at least one rising part for jointing one roof support face and the other roof support face with step difference, and the roof structure uses the roof plate.
