PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile telecommunication equipment which prevents the drop of telephone conversation quality caused by being fixed to an antenna set unconditionally beforehand, at execution of hand over being performed in parallel with the communication with a base station already performing communication. SOLUTION: PS always performs former CS communication antenna judgment processing (S1) for judging an antenna excellent in communication state with a former CS out of antenna installed in PS until it starts execution of high-speed hand over after start of communication with the former CS. Then, when it starts the execution of the high-speed hand over (S2), it interrupts the diversity control, and in former CS communication antenna judgment processing, it performs antenna fixing processing (S3) for fixing itself to an antenna on the side which is judged to be excellent in communication state with the former CS.
