PURPOSE: A device for connecting two conduits with a breaking unit is provided to prevent dangers caused while an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) transfer line is twisted and broken when a tanker is separated from a terminal, by quickly separating the tank and the LNG transfer line. CONSTITUTION: A device for connecting two conduits with a breaking unit(5) includes a first tap wherein an inlet ferrule and an outlet ferrule of a second tap are connected through a link(3), and a service connection-disconnection system for connecting and disconnecting the link. The device connecting two conduits has the braking unit for breaking the link. The breaking unit is a pyrotechnic unit. The link has a collar for simultaneously clamping the ferrules. The pyrotechnic unit is arranged to break the collar.
