PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent adhesivity to various adherends, particularly to adherends such as a hydrogenated copolymer of a conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon exceeding 40 wt.% in the copolymer and a copolymer of ethylene with a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. component(1) being a modified polymer or a modified hydrogenated polymer in which at least one atomic group having a functional group capable of reacting with an isocyanate group is bound to a conjugated diene-based polymer and (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of at least one selected from (B-1) a composition comprising 10-60 pts.wt. component(2) being a polyol, 3-30 pts.wt. component(3) being a diisocyanate and 0-5 pts.wt. component(4) being a low molecular weight diol and (B-2) a component(5) having at least three (but at least two in case the functional group is an acid anhydride group)functional groups capable of reacting with the functional group of the component(1).
