PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily view a desired scene of a desired program according to information from a viewer having viewed a broadcast program. SOLUTION: The video-related information management server 10 receives and stores video-related information 100 as information on a scene in a program from a TV view terminal 20 of the viewer who views the program, and distributes it to a view scene selection terminal 30 of a user who desires to receive the video-related information 100. The view scene selection terminal 30 transmits video-related information that the user selects from the received video-related information 100 as a view index 101 to the vide-related information managing server 10. The video-related information managing server 10 saves the received view index 101 and makes the user use the view index 101 when viewing video through a TV view terminal 20.
