PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive a desired wave without lowering the receiving sensitivity of the desired wave by preventing the interference of an interference wave from an adjacent band by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A receiver 10 receives one of a plurality of signal waves having the same contents with different frequencies as a desired wave, and determines which the interference wave is located between at a side where it is higher in frequency than the desired wave and at a side where it is lower in frequency than the desired wave to select a signal wave of a frequency most apart from the frequency of the interference wave as the desired wave when a detected level value is not lower than a prescribed level value.
