PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic imparting natural gloss to the hair, free from stickiness and imparting smooth touch feeling and excellent conditioning effect to the hair. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic is obtained by formulating a specific polymer silicone with a specific low-molecular weight silicone, a volatile oil solution and a specific vegetable oil in combination, and the hair cosmetic is nonaqueous.
