PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a hose without tension added to it by composing a hose winding machine in such a way that the hose is delivered along an enlarged groove part of a delivery roller when it is pulled manually as normal tension is generated by a tension roller. SOLUTION: On a delivery shaft 27 of a hose winding/delivery device, this delivery roller 28 having a groove in the outer circumference in a rotating direction is fixed, and the tension roller 31 is disposed to face the delivery roller 28 to press it toward the groove. Between the delivery roller 28 and the tension roller 31, a spray hose 9 is held to be delivered. In a part of the groove in the delivery roller 28, a groove part of width and depth larger than the diameter of the atomizing hose 9 is formed.
