<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument capable of suppressing the obstruction of the curving operation of a curve part by the traction of an operation wire. <P>SOLUTION: The medical instrument is provided with a flexible thin and long invivo insertion part provided with the curve part capable of the curving operation on a tip, and an operation part 3 connected to the base end of the invivo insertion part, incorporating a wire drive part 11 for pulling first and second operation wires 7 and 8 for curving the curve part through the invivo insertion part and provided with an operation knob 12 for operating the drive part. The drive part 11 is provided with first and second reels 42 and 43 and a delay association means 44. The reel 42 winds or delivers the operation wire 7, and the reel 43 rotated in the same direction as the reel 42 winds or unwinds the operation wire 8 oppositely to the winding or unwinding of the reel 42. In the state that one of both reels 42 and 43 is rotated for a prescribed angle or more after starting winding the operation wire, the delay association means 44 is associated with the rotation of the other reel with the rotation of the one reel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
