<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cross-section area of a gas flow channel caused by deformation of a flat plate covering a membrane electrode assembly due to reaction force of a sealing material. <P>SOLUTION: In the sealing structure of a fuel battery cell constituted by arranging a flat-plate elastic member (6) at either side of a non-reacting part of the membrane electrode assembly (14) and pinching it with a separator from either side, the separator is provided with a gas flow channel for circulating reaction gas, and a sealing material preventing leak of the reaction gas, and the elastic member (6) is provided with convex parts (11, 12) protruded toward a sealing material side at a position where a gas flow channel of one separator is opposed to the sealing material of the other separator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
