<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the magnetic properties of a magnetic steel sheet by increasing the tensile strength of a chromic acid-free electric insulating film in a grain oriented magnetic steel sheet higher than before. <P>SOLUTION: The grain oriented magnetic steel sheet is characterized in that the surface thereof is formed with a chromium-free high tensile-strength insulating film containing as major components a phosphoric acid metal salt and colloidal silica, wherein the crystallization degree of the phosphoric acid metal salt lies in the range of ≤60%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
