<p>A microarray dielectrophresis chip for measuring the behavior of a particle comprises a flow channel having a liquid introduction portion and a liquid eject portion and inhomogeneous electric-field generating means for generating an inhomogeneous electric field region in at least part of the flow channel. The inhomogeneous electric field is generated symmetrically with respect to the center axis or the central part of the inhomogeneous electric field generation region, and a homogeneous electric field is generated in a direction along the center axis or in the flow direction passing through the central part, or an electric field the strength of which is increased/decreased or different along the center axis or along the flow direction passing through the central part is generated. With this, a simple and quick measurement of the behavior of a particle in different electric fields is possible at a time as dielectrophoretic mobility.</p>
