<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of open parts when a lattice like reticulated part is injection-molded from a resin and to make a peripheral frame part multifunctional. <P>SOLUTION: In injection-molding an oil filter having the peripheral frame part and the reticulated part integrally, a mold is equipped with a peripheral frame groove 13 for molding the peripheral frame part, a mesh wire groove for molding a mesh wire and a resin guide groove 14 for molding a resin guide part and the respective end parts of the mesh wire groove and the resin guide groove 14 are allowed to communicate with the peripheral frame groove 13. A resin is injected in the resin guide groove 14 to be spread to the respective leading ends of the resin guide groove 14 and the mesh wire groove while using the peripheral frame groove 13 as an air vent and the excess resin is protruded into the peripheral frame groove 13. Next, the resin is injected in the peripheral frame groove 13 and the respective resins of the mesh wire groove and the resin guide groove 14 are integrated inclusive of the excess resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
