PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent an IC tag holder from being unsteady, and as the result, to enable to prevent erroneous operations on reading information read in an IC tag and writing new information into the IC tag from occurring. SOLUTION: An annular projection 10 is formed on the peripheral inner peripheral face 8' constituting an IC tag holder inserting opening 8 formed on decks 1 and 2, and the annular projection 10 is pinched by a horizontally fitting plate member H1 of the IC tag holder H and a locking projection h11 projecting at the opposing vertical part h2a of a peripheral rib h2 of the IC tag holder H. As the result, it is possible to prevent the IC tag holder from being unsteady, and accordingly, it is possible to prevent the erroneous operations on reading the information read in the IC tag and writing the new information into the IC tag from occurring.
