PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a bellows tube improving the quality of the bellows tube by not forming a joint such as a parting line or a level difference in a hollow cylindrical base material in bellows forming operation. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the bellows tube includes a power generating part, an outer mold having at least one bellows forming gear formed with wavy bellows forming part on the outer peripheral surface and arranged to rotate while revolving around the hollow cylindrical base material transferred from an injection molding part, to form bellows shape on the hollow cylindrical base material, and a power transmission part for transmitting power of the power generating part to the bellows forming gear of the outer mold.
