PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor type clip not coming off even if pull-out force acts on the same. SOLUTION: The anchor type clip 11 includes a flange 15, a shaft part 17, and leg parts 18 extending toward the flange from a tip part of the shaft part. Each leg part 18 is formed of a slender tabular body. The leg part 18 is formed in such a manner that a section from an adjacent section 23 adjoining a root section 22 to an engagement end 19 extends with a straight line outer shape. A leg part section of the straight line outer shape is formed thinner in radial thickness at the adjacent section 23 than other sections. When pull-off force acts on the clip 11 attached to an attached member 7 from the flange 15 side, the adjacent section 23 and the leg part section to the engagement end 19 does not deform and the leg part 18 retains high engagement force against the pull-off force.
