PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper and a propeller shaft mainly capable of reducing weight and improving endurance reliability. SOLUTION: Since an outer ring member 28 is composed of resin or rubber, weight of the outer ring member 28 can be reduced as compared with a case that the outer ring member 28 is composed of steel or the like. In a state that a dynamic damper 22 is press-fitted in a shaft member 30, tensile stress is offset by compression stress even if tensile stress acts since compression stress acts on all of support parts 36 and projection parts 38 of five rubber members 26 and compression deformation occurs.
