PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excess amount of oil from staying in an oil reservoir in operating a compression mechanism at a low rotating speed. SOLUTION: A refrigerant compressed in the compression mechanism (15) of a casing (10) is discharged from a discharge pipe (20) to a refrigerant circuit (2) via a high-pressure space (28). Inside the casing (10), there provided is an oil inflowing amount increasing means (95, 97) for increasing an oil amount in the refrigerant discharged to the refrigerant circuit (2) when the rotating speed of the compressing mechanism (15) has reached a given low rotating speed is provided.
