PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure startability by avoiding stopping of the electronic control function by reduction in source voltage, when starting an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: After starting, fuel injection processing for driving a fuel injection means so as to perform fuel injection of the first time, voltage boosting processing for controlling a voltage boosting means so as to boost the source voltage after the fuel injection processing, ignition processing for controlling an ignition discharge means so as to discharge electric power charged in an ignition capacitor to an ignition means when the ignition timing arrives after the voltage boosting processing, and fuel supply processing for driving a fuel pump so as to supply fuel to the fuel injection means after the ignition processing, are performed as a starting control sequence.
