PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut unit connection device with earthquake resistance adaptable to a base-isolated structure while generally maintaining the present state of the structure connecting a unit forming a strut. SOLUTION: This device is installed independently of the structure having a seismic isolator and used in a portion for connecting the unit forming the strut joined to the structure at a required point. The device comprises a connection part 15 positioned at the vertical end of the unit 11 forming the strut, bolts 16 and nuts 17 inserted into the connection part for joining the unit of the strut, and disc springs 20 as elastic members interposed at the portions where the unit is joined with the bolts and nuts. The elastic member is compressed and deformed when an external force is applied to the unit of the strut with which the elastic member is brought into contact by tightening the bolts and nuts to produce the gap at the connection end in the vertical direction.
