PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding panel which secures a sufficient shielding performance for the intersection of a wall body, reduces the number of processings of a magnetic shielding material, and easily copes with a required magnetic shielding performance, and also to provide its connection structure. SOLUTION: In a shielding panel wall body constituted by connecting shielding panels, the shielding panel has: a flat plate-shaped panel core material 11; an electromagnetic shielding surface material 12 attached to one surface or both front and rear surfaces of the panel core material; and a magnetic shielding surface material 13 attached to a portion at least except for the circumferential end of the surface of one electromagnetic shielding surface material. The shielding panels to be connected to each other are arranged adjacent to each other in such a manner that the circumferential ends of the panels are on substantially the same surface. A building metal tool 21 is built on the circumferential end of the electromagnetic shielding surface material crossing over a portion between the shielding panels to be connected. A strip-shaped magnetic shielding surface material 23 is built on the electromagnetic shielding surface material crossing over a portion between the shielding panels to be connected.
