摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a bus electrode comprising a single black layer that has both a shielding effect and high conductivity, improve use efficiency of a paste material, improve the complication inherent to a conventional manufacturing process that employs a lithography method, and simplify the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A paste composition for a conductive black film forms a bus electrode 16 on a front glass substrate 11 constituting a PDP 10 through an offset printing method or a screen printing method. The paste composition for the conductive black film includes: 3 to 15 mass% of oxyhydroxide powder; 1 to 25 mass% of glass powder: 35 to 75 mass% of metal powder; and an organic vehicle as a remainder, and an average particle diameter of the oxyhydroxide powder is 0.01 to 0.5μm, and a specific surface area of the oxyhydroxide powder is 3 to 50 m<SP>2</SP>/g.
