<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid type power generation system capable of operating with higher efficiency as a whole than that when operating various type of fuel cells individually by operating a polymer electrolyte fuel cell and a phosphate type fuel cell in parallel at all time. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid type fuel cell power generation system comprises the phosphate type fuel cell 11a, the polymer electrolyte fuel cell, and a reformer 13a obtaining hydrogen-rich fuel gas by vapor-reforming hydrocarbon group raw fuel, and generates electricity by supplying the hydrogen-rich fuel gas obtained at the reformer and air as an oxidant gas to two kinds of fuel cells. The two kinds of fuel cells use the reformer 13a in common, and the vapor for reformation to be supplied to the reformer is supplied from a vapor separator 15a arranged to a fuel cell cooling water system of the phosphate type fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
