The device (1) has a carrier structure (2) supporting a detachable stroller body (4) that accommodates a new-born child, where the structure includes a frame (6) displaceable on the ground and a stroller body carrier (8) integrated to the frame. Bottom of the body is connected to a peripheral wall with recesses defining access to interior of the body. The body has closing shutters (18, 19) respectively closing the recesses, where the shutters are movable between closed and open positions. The body is in the form of a rigid shell and made of transparent or plastic material.
