PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging and dispensing assembly having a structure which is relatively simple and dispenses liquid relatively accurately.

SOLUTION: The packaging and dispensing assembly (1) of the liquid has a liquid container (2) and a replenishing unit (10). The replenishing unit has a main body (25) and a piston (32) constituting a storage chamber (55) with a variable volume which stores the liquid in cooperation with the main body. The storage chamber (55) is arranged in fluid communication with the container. The replenishing unit further has a pump which takes out the liquid of the container when the replenishing unit is attached to the container and which takes out the liquid of the storage chamber (55) when the replenishing unit is separated from the container. The pump has a pump chamber (157) which is different from the storage chamber (55;338).
