PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct output error caused by inter-chip variation or temperature dependency of hFE of phototransistors in a photoelectric conversion device using the phototransistor as a photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: In a photoelectric conversion device, pixel cells each including a phototransistor are arrayed in a pixel cell array 1. A reference cell 3 has the same temperature characteristics as the phototransistors disposed in the pixel cell array 1 and includes a reference transistor of which an operational state is electrically fixed. An A/D converter 5 converts an analog output of the pixel cell into a digital output. Based on an output of the reference cell 3 and a reference value, a correction amount calculation unit 7 calculates a correction amount to the digital output. Based on the correction amount that is calculated by the correction amount calculation unit 7, a correction unit 9 corrects the digital output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
