PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crucible structure capable of producing a high-purity carbon material.SOLUTION: A crucible 10 to be used for heat treatment is equipped with a vessel 11 having a cylindrical trunk 111 and a bottom 112 covering one end of the trunk 111, and a lid 12 having a cylindrical part 121 and a disc 122 covering one end of the cylindrical part 121. A male screw 1111a is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the trunk 111, while a female screw 121a to be engaged with the male screw 1111a is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
