PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sizes of first and second registers and of a comparator of a memory device system.SOLUTION: Data only of one address out of data stored in first and second memories 1 and 2 is stored into first and second registers 3 and 4 having addresses of m lines (m is an integer not smaller than 2). And a comparator 5 is caused to compare sets of data stored in the first and second registers 3 and 4. In this way, out of data stored in the first and second memories 1 and 2, only one segment of data divided by m is stored into the first and second registers 3 and 4, and the comparator 5 has to compare data of only one address stored in the first and second registers 3 and 4 and accordingly can be reduced in size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
