PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized power amplifier capable of improving characteristics of reception band noise.SOLUTION: A LB (Low Band)-side transmission signal system is configured such that an RC series circuit 16 constituted of a resistor 17 and a capacitor 18 is connected between a base terminal of a LBT (Low Band Transistor) 6 and a ground 19. This can improve characteristics of reception band noise without need for attachment of a resonance circuit constituted of an inductor and a capacitor with a large capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
